Responsibilities

  • Write and manage technical documentation (user guides, API references, SDK documentation, whitepapers, technical blogs) for Oraichain products.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deeply understand product functionality and translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-structured, and up-to-date for both developers and end users.
  • Create technical blogs, tutorials, and case studies to introduce product features and support the blockchain/web3 community.
  • Support the QA team in developing test cases and related documentation when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in technical writing for software or blockchain/web3 projects.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency with Markdown, Git, or documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or ReadTheDocs.
  • Excellent command of English (reading & writing) to produce high-quality technical content for an international audience.
  • Nice-to-have:
    • Knowledge of or experience working with blockchain/web3 technologies.
    • Experience writing technical blogs, tutorials, or case studies in AI or blockchain domains.
