Job Description

Oraichain is looking for a Product Designer with strong product thinking and end-to-end design skills to help shape next-generation Web3 applications. You will work closely with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems, propose solutions, and deliver thoughtful experiences across Oraichain’s ecosystem – including products like AI Oracle, OWallet, OraiDEX, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to identify product problems, propose design solutions, and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Conduct user research and behavior analysis to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that meet both user and business goals.
  • Ensure smooth hand-off and close coordination with developers throughout implementation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the product experience based on user data and feedback.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the design system across Oraichain’s product suite.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience designing Web3/blockchain products such as wallets, DEXs, staking dashboards, etc.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Proficient in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process (problem → idea → solution → execution).
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in startup or fast-paced tech teams.
  • Knowledge of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and UX in decentralized environments.
  • System thinking skills and experience building scalable design systems.
