Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Manager to engage and build vibrant communities around various exciting web3 projects. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships, creating a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring our community members feel valued and supported. You will serve as the bridge between the community and the project team, helping drive growth, engagement, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the community on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
  • Create and share content (blogs, updates, newsletters) to keep the community informed.
  • Moderate discussions, address conflicts, and maintain a respectful environment.
  • Build relationships with community members, influencers, and partners.
  • Plan and organize events (AMAs, workshops) to encourage participation.
  • Collect community feedback and share insights with the project team.
  • Develop strategies to attract new members and expand the community.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably in the web3 or blockchain space.
  • Familiarity with community management tools and platforms.
  • Ability to empathize with community members and address their concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in content creation, community and social media management.
  • Knowledge of marketing and growth strategies for online communities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
  • Passion for decentralized technologies and the web3 ecosystem.
