Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development to join our team and help expand Oraichain’s impact in the AI and blockchain space. This is an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the most exciting fields in tech today — AI and blockchain integration. You will assist in expanding our network, building partnerships, and promoting the adoption of our AI-powered oracle solutions like the AI Agent within the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Research and Identify New Opportunities: Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the blockchain and AI space.
• Outreach and Relationship Building: Reach out to potential partners and clients through emails, calls, and digital platforms. Build and nurture relationships to support business growth.
• Assist in Proposal Creation: Help create business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for new clients and partners.
• Attend Industry Events: Participate in networking events, conferences, and webinars to stay informed about industry trends and identify new business leads.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align on business objectives and strategies.
• Support Client Engagement: Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to gather insights and identify potential business opportunities for Oraichain.
• General Business Development Support: Provide general support to the business development team, helping with administrative tasks, research, and client communications as needed.

Requirements

• Experienced Marketer: 3 - 5 years of experience in product marketing, digital content, or communications in tech or Web3 environments.
• Extroverted Energy: Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic about presenting ideas, speaking with clients, and representing the company at events.
• Love for Travel: Willing and excited to travel for business—regionally and internationally—to attend conferences, meet partners, and explore new markets.
• Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English. Additional languages (Korean, Chinese, German) are a plus.
• Tech Curiosity: Passionate about AI, blockchain, and how decentralized tech can change the world. Understanding of AI Agent tech is a big plus.
