We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition cum Employer Branding Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, hosting or participating in career events, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Corporate with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Employee Branding (30%)
- Each one of us is a brand representative, but you will act as a true Employer Brand Ambassador for Oraichain Labs, at job fairs and all other relevant events
- Establish goals to improve our reputation and reach potential candidates
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and other HR functions
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media and CV databases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
